It has recently been reported that photographs of Plaintiff Noni Gotti's apartment and former motel have been filed with the United States District Court showing that there were no International Symbols of Accessibility ("ISA"); but her lawsuits seem to claim that these signs were essential for her disability. Do you think that it was fair for her to include claims like this in the lawsuits she filed against such small businesses?
