Some people who have met Plaintiff Noni Gotti (aka Leonor Marquez) have indicated that she did not use a wheelchair; her deposition testimony also suggested that she did not use one. Do you think that it was fair for her to include claims like this in the lawsuits she filed against such small businesses?
