Claims Made by Noni Gotti (aka Leonor Marquez) about Round Doorknobs

See paragraph 11 of each of the following complaints. It has recently been reported that photographs of round doorknobs on Plaintiff Noni Gotti's own doors have been filed with the United States District Court; but her lawsuits seem to claim that doorknobs which were "not levers" would present a problem for her. Do you think that it was fair for her to include claims like this in the lawsuits she filed against such small businesses?
