See paragraph 9(b)(2) of each of the following complaints. Some people who have met Plaintiff Noni Gotti (aka Leonor Marquez) have indicated that she did not need Braille; her deposition testimony also did not suggest that she required Braille. Do you think that it was fair for her to include claims like this in the lawsuits she filed against such small businesses?
