See paragraph 11 of each of the following complaints. It has recently been reported that photographs of unsecured floormats at Plaintiff Noni Gotti's current and former residences have been filed with the United States District Court; but her lawsuits seem to claim that such conditions would present a problem for her. Do you think that it was fair for her to include claims like this in the lawsuits she filed against such small businesses?
